Jemmex Computer Care was started by James Cullen. After more then 15 years working as a customer support, PC and network engineer for various service companies James was disenchanted by their lack of understanding and empathy with the needs of home, small business, and home office users.  He decided that he could better care for the needs of small business and home users in the Blue Mountains and Penrith areas personally.

James has held the certifications of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Professional +Internet, and Cisco Certified Network Associate and is an expert in all areas of PC troubleshooting, preventative maintenance,  PC and Mac integration and networks, servers, workstations, network and  internet technologies.  He has specialist knowledge of printing and prepress systems, and the hospitality and accommodation industry's, P.O.S and  back office systems.
